General Information

How do I use the website?
The Vanity By Design website is designed to be intuitive and easy to navigate. Each product range is categorized according to the collection, product name and type. When you choose an item and click on the 'Add to Cart' button, you will be directed to the shopping cart. If you wish to add more items to your order, you can choose to continue shopping to keep browsing through the website; otherwise you can proceed to the checkout page.

Do you have a showroom?
Currently we are online only. However, we have a limited number of models available to see during office hours at:
17911 Sky Park Circle Suite B, Irvine, CA, 92614.

Can I pick up my order?
Currently we do not offer pick ups. However, we offer free delivery with all orders within the continental U.S.

How do I buy on your website?
  • Simply browse through our large selection of products available at Vanity By Design.
  • Once you identify an item that you would like to order, please click 'Add to Cart' and you will be directed to the shopping cart.
  • Once in the checkout area, please accurately enter your billing information and confirm the shipping information and shipping method.
  • You can then select your payment preference. We offer PayPal, Bank Transfers, and Credit Card payments via Stripe for extra security.
  • Once everything is filled out you are ready to place your order.
  • After you click 'Place Order' you will receive a confirmation email with relevant details.
  • Once payment has been confirmed we will organize delivery and send you a couple of e-mails confirming your order and tracking.

What are your Payment options?
We offer three different payment methods: PayPal, credit/debit cards via Stripe, and Bank Transfers.
  • With PayPal, you are able to use your PayPal account and your preferred payment method.
  • We can also run your credit or debit card via Stripe, a secured payment system.
  • We offer bank transfers and provide our bank information for you to send payment.
    *Please Note* Orders made with the bank transfers will not be processed until the payment is received on our end. We'll send you an e-mail when we have received the bank transfer.

How can I check to see if my order went through?
You will receive notification when your order has been accepted via e-mail. On top of that, you'll also get e-mails from our team about your order!

Shipping Information

Where is your warehouse?
Our stock is stored in Columbus, OH.

Can I have my goods delivered to a P.O. box?
Unfortunately we cannot offer deliveries to P.O. boxes, only physical addresses that can accept deliveries.

What states can you freight to?
Currently, we can only send within the continental United States at this time. We can not ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii or any other territories and countries outside of the continental U.S.
Any orders placed to those locations will be automatically cancelled and refunded, and we will contact you about this.

When will you ship my order? How long will it take for me to receive my order? How will delivery be done?

Receiving & Processing your Order
Once you place your order, we will start processing your order. The order is typically dispatched to our warehouse within 48 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). It takes 1-2 business days for us to process your order, which includes arranging local shipping carriers and scheduling in your order. After that, depending on your shipping location, it will take anywhere from 2 to 8 business days for delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times
We ship from warehouse to your home. Because of this, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. We work with local delivery companies in your area to schedule the best time for them to deliver your vanity.

Delivery Options
We offer free standard shipping to your address or premium white glove service at a fee of $200. Standard shipping is dropped off into the first floor of your destination only. White glove service offers delivery to any room at your destination with debris removal. Each box is carefully packaged and securely strapped onto a pallet for transport.
Do I have to pay for insurance on my orders?
All products purchased from Vanity By Design are covered by transit insurance to the point of delivery.

Do I need to be home when my order arrives?
Our local carriers will require someone, preferably you, to be home when the order arrives to make sure that you sign off for your order, ensure the delivery was made with no damages, and, if you chose white-glove delivery, to take your order to your requested room. When your order is ready for delivery either our transport team or our logistics partners will contact you to arrange a day and time to deliver it to your location, so please keep an eye out for your phone!

I need to change my shipping address. How can I change my address?
If you order has not been dispatched, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Send us an e-mail at with your name, e-mail, phone number, order number, old shipping address and new shipping address.

If you need to change the delivery address after your order has been dispatched, please contact us immediately. This may incur additional charges for re-delivery.

Can I cancel my order if I made a mistake?
You can cancel an order if we haven't process it yet. After dispatching and sending your tracking information, we cannot accept cancellations. However we can refund your money under the 30 day money back guarantee. Delivery charges will still apply.

What's your return policy?
Vanity By Design offers a 30 day money back guarantee. From the day you receive your order, you have a week to return any unsatisfactory item. If there is no receipt of delivery, we will assume delivery took place 5 days after dispatch. If you return a product within the 30-day period, Vanity By Design will refund the full cost of the product to you. However the following charges/fees will not be reimbursed:
  • Delivery charges from Vanity By Design to your requested address.
  • Cost to return the product to Vanity By Design. Please note prices can vary.
  • A charge will be placed to return the product depending on your location.

When returning an item, please make sure it is still in its original packaging and original condition. Goods cannot be returned un-boxed or after installation.

What happens if my goods are damaged in transit?
We have a strong network of reliable logistic partners who take excellent care of the goods. However on the rare occasions when an item is damaged, we ask for photos of the damage to help start an insurance claim on our end. However, we'll work with you to find the best possible solution for these situations. All our goods are fully insured and we can send a replacement if needed.

How will I be refunded?
A refund will be issued by crediting your account within 10 working days via to the same payment method you used to make your purchase.

Product Information

Are your products always in stock?
Our website will list if a product is in stock on the image as well as in the product page. We keep our inventory updated daily. If a product you were interested in is listed as "Out of Stock," contact us to know when our next restock date is!

Do you have faucet hole options?
At this time, all of our vanities come with Carrara Marble tops featuring a 3-hole faucet spread at 8 inches with the exception of our Cooper range.
What is the Warranty on your Products?
Many of the products available on this website are manufactured by Vanity By Design. However, in order to offer a comprehensive range of products, some goods are manufactured by other companies via strategic alliances. In such cases we offer the same warranties and guarantees of quality as on goods produced by Vanity By Design, so you can be confident that regardless of who manufactures the goods, Vanity By Design will honor any warranties that apply. For further information about our warranties, please refer to the warranty section on the product page.
In addition, please see below for our standard policies:
  • 5 years from the date of purchase on cabinets (vanities without the top marble piece)
  • 12 months from the date of purchase on tops, basins (sinks) & mirrors

Where are Vanity By Design products manufactured?
Most products on our website are manufactured by us or our joint venture partners in China. The remainder are sourced from other manufacturers via strategic alliances, after stringent quality testing to ensure a consistent high standard.

Can you install my items for me?
We don't offer installations. We recommend calling your local plumber/handyman to help with professional installation. Support local businesses!

Do you make custom built vanities? Can you alter a vanity for me?
All of our products are manufactured for sale. Sorry, we can't make any custom pieces or alterations at this time.
