How much does delivery cost?
We offer 2 types of shipping throughout the continental USA: free basic shipping or white glove service.
When checking out you will be prompted through the steps and be asked to select which method you want.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Columbus, Ohio.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or the U.S. territories?
Unfortunately, we don't offer shipping to these areas. Any orders placed to these areas will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
When will my order be shipped?
Please allow up to 2 business days for processing your order. This time includes pulling the product, preparing the package, and scheduling shipments.
When will my order be delivered?
Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.
Will you send me a tracking number?
Yes, we send all relevant tracking details once we've received the information.
How do we organize home delivery times?
Once the goods have arrived at your nearest warehouse, a local delivery company will contact you to arrange a delivery time between the hours of 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday. It's important to make sure your phone number is correct on your order as they will be calling you. Please note if you request a reschedule on the day of delivery a fee of $55 will be charged. For delivery hours after 4pm a $105 fee will be charged.
What if I can't be home when the goods are being delivered?
We are still able to deliver to your property if no one is home, however this will void your delivery warranty. Vanity by Design and our shipping partners will not be liable for theft or damage. We can offer specific times to be delivered, however these will cost extra.
Can I pick up the order myself?
Currently we do not offer pick ups.
What if my order is damaged during shipping?
We have a strong network of reliable logistic partners who take excellent care of our orders during shipments. However on the rare occasions when an item is damaged, we ask you reach out to us with photos of the issue as soon as you notice the damage. All our goods are fully insured and we can send a replacement if needed.
What is the 7 day money back guarentee?
You have 7 days to let us know if you change your mind, however you will have to pay for shipping to the destination and back. If you let us know after 7 days of delivery we will not accept any returns.
